Youth Apprenticeship Programs
It’s never too early to start thinking about future careers. The Sharon Love Youth Apprenticeship program provides paid work-based training for high school students (ages 14-19). We blend training with hands-on work experience. Our programs partners with both Workforce Solutions and local business owners to provide exposure in a variety of career fields.
The goal of the program is to equip youth with practical and soft skills (financial literacy, resume writing, the application process, customer service, communication, teamwork, etc.) prior to their high school graduation. Our youth are awarded the opportunity to explore different fields, discover their interests, and set the stage for long-term success.
Eligibility
- Must be currently enrolled as a high school student during the 2024/25 school year
- Minimum 2.5 GPA
